Dr. Rosemarie Pe\u00f1a is founder and president of the\u00a0Black German Heritage and Research Association (BGHRA). She holds bachelors degrees in Psychology and German from Rutgers University in Camden, NJ, where she also earned her MA and PhD in Childhood Studies. Her research explores the historical and contemporary intersections of transnational adoption and child migration.<\/span><\/p>\n
