Dr. Rosemarie Peña

Dr. Rosemarie Peña is founder and president of the Black German Heritage and Research Association (BGHRA). She holds bachelors degrees in Psychology and German from Rutgers University in Camden, NJ, where she also earned her MA and PhD in Childhood Studies. Her research explores the historical and contemporary intersections of transnational adoption and child migration.
