Michèle Newton is a mother, spouse, amateur photographer, pianist, poet, influencer and freelance writer living in Barrie, Ontario. Creator of Our Mosaic Lives, a blog Celebrating Black Canadian Women, Michele shares her “better together” outlook on life through articles and reflections, community events, experiences and projects. A budding social entrepreneur, her community-minded approaches bring for-profit and not-for-profits together to impact change through her public relations firm PMJ Inc. Michèle holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Athabasca University, a Bachelor of Science from Carleton University, a Public Relations Certificate from Ryerson University, and an Honours Marketing Certificate from Algonquin College.
