Black Parents Germany is building a community for Black parents, grandparents, children and young people, parents-to-be, and parents of Black children. It places family relationships within a wider network of shared care and intergenerational connection.
Its activities include the Black Parents Talking Circle and reading events that bring families together around stories, conversation, and collective reflection. The initiative has also held a family reading event at EOTO’s AFROLUTION festival.
